Financial Payroll Specialist

Main Responsibilities
- Process payroll for multiple contracts within designated timeframes.
- Calculate and pay statutory payments, including SMP, SPP, SSP, and occupational sick pay.
- Respond to payroll queries promptly and professionally.
- Maintain knowledge of current payroll and pension legislation.
- Implement and enforce established payroll policies and procedures.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in fast-paced payroll environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with intermediate Excel skills.
- Familiarity with HMRC reporting requirements and payroll legislation.
- Possession of a CIPP payroll qualification is desirable but not essential.
In this role, you can expect an estimated salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications.
