Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-focused individual to join our Finance team as a Financial Transaction Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing payrolls, maintaining the purchase ledger, and ensuring the accuracy of payslips and payroll reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collate and manage payroll data to ensure accurate and timely payment to employees.
  • Investigate and resolve payroll-related queries and discrepancies.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and legislation.
  • Provide excellent customer service to employees and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Relevant qualifications and experience in payroll administration.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.

$55,000 - $70,000 per annum
