Senior Kitchen Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sous Chef to support our Head Chef in delivering exceptional culinary experiences at Loch Fyne Hotel & Spa. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of food quality, safety and presentation.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in senior kitchen roles, with excellent communication and leadership skills. A salary of around £35,000 per annum reflects the importance of this role in driving our culinary success.
Key Responsibilities:
