We are looking for a talented Sous Chef to join our team in Inveraray, Scotland.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in kitchen operations, a passion for delivering excellent food and customer experiences, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.

Job Summary:

As a Sous Chef, you will oversee daily kitchen operations, manage inventory and supplies, and lead by example in food presentation and plating.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure food is prepared to perfection and served on time.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Manage inventory and order supplies to keep the kitchen fully stocked.
  • Lead by example in food presentation and plating, aligning with our high standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a chef or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of kitchen operations.
  • Pride in delivering excellent food and customer experiences.
  • Culinary qualification (like Food Safety certifications) is a bonus.
