We are seeking a skilled Field Sales Executive to join our team at Interaction Recruitment. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve targets, and representing our brand at industry events.

About the Role:

  • Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Sales Strategy: Create and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and maximize revenue.
  • Product Representation: Represent our brand at exhibitions, trade shows, and other industry events.

Requirements:

  1. B2B Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales within the alcohol industry, with experience in either on-trade or off-trade environments.
  2. Location: Based anywhere within the North West or North Wales region, with the flexibility to travel as required.
  3. Self-Motivated: A proactive and results-driven individual who thrives in a dynamic sales environment.
  4. Driving License: A full UK driving license is required for this role.

Benefits:

  1. Competitive Salary: Attractive basic salary with an OTE of £15,000 - £20,000 on top, based on performance.
  2. Company Car or Car Allowance: Flexible options to suit your needs.
  3. Holiday Entitlement: 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and an additional day for each year of service.
  4. Training Provided: Comprehensive training to support your development and success in the role.
