Job Description

At Daniel Owen Ltd., we are seeking an experienced Administration Contract Management Specialist to join our team. This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is organized, motivated, and has excellent communication skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining relevant filing systems and databases, working closely with the team manager to ensure efficient administrative tasks are completed, and liaising with internal and external contacts to ensure a smooth flow of information.

We offer a competitive salary range of £26-28K per annum, commensurate with experience, and a supportive work environment that encourages professional growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems and databases
  • Work collaboratively with the team manager to prioritize and complete administrative tasks efficiently
  • Liaise with internal and external contacts to ensure effective communication and workflow
