Our Village community-styled home in Warrington offers exceptional care to our residents, with households averaging 12 residents per House.

We are seeking a Care Assistant to join our team, providing person-centred care that enriches the lives of our residents.

About the Role:

  • Demonstrate compassion and empathy in caring for older people.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards of care and service.
  • Provide personal and practical care to residents, assisting with daily activities such as mealtimes and safe movement.
  • Respect residents' dignity and privacy, while working with them and their families to deliver tailored care.
  • Maintain accurate records for each resident, ensuring their needs are met.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and written skills.
  • Committed to providing high-quality care, promoting dignity and respect.
  • Previous experience working in elderly care is desirable.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Dependable and flexible to meet the needs of the Home.
  • Hold a minimum of NVQ level 2 in health & social care or the Care Certificate.
