About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Director to join our Digital Product Management Team at Frasers Group. As a Product Director, you will be responsible for defining the strategic vision for your team and creating the product roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define the strategic vision for your team and create the product roadmap.
  • Own the product backlog and ensure that refinement and prioritisation processes maximise value delivery.
  • Oversee the quality and maturity of epics, user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Lead quarterly planning sessions for your product area.
  • Ensure that comprehensive documentation is maintained for product features, processes and updates.
  • Establish success metrics and ensure that the team are aligned through OKRs.
  • Work collaboratively with key colleagues and stakeholders including UX, Optimisation, Delivery and others in support of the successful delivery of your products.
  • Consistently apply product best practice and acts as an advocate of the product discipline.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience delivering best in class products within a large-scale ecommerce organisation.
  • In depth knowledge of agile process and principles.
  • Well versed in managing product lifecycle.
  • Experience with product recommendation and personalisation platforms.
  • Excellent leadership qualities with the ability to communicate product strategy to the team.
  • Highly analytical, able to make quick decisions.
  • Exposure to MACH is not essential but highly advantageous.
  • Certified scrum product owner – highly desirable.
  • Pro-active self-starter, task focused and organised.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business, Finance, Economics or Computer Science.
