About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Marketplace Trading Executive to join our team at Tesco. As a key member of our hardworking and collaborative team, you will play a crucial role in delivering a robust and engaging trade plan across a broad range of categories for our Marketplace platform.

Key Responsibilities

* Support the delivery of the onsite trade plan and customer journey for Marketplace, ensuring a seamless and relevant experience for our customers.
* Coordinate with the GHS trade team, design, and publishing teams to drive an aligned customer content journey across Web and App, particularly through key events and campaigns.
* Own specific event briefs end-to-end, from range nominations, execution, optimisation and review.
* Make data-led decisions to optimise trading content from clicks to conversion, ensuring a deep understanding of content performance and making necessary changes to optimise further in the future.
* Conduct daily and weekly reviews of content performance and communicate key findings to the Marketplace Leadership team.
* Collaborate closely with the Marketplace Operations and Search and Browse teams to ensure all Marketplace products are discoverable and appear in the relevant taxonomy locations across the site.
* Proactively seek and own new or improved trading opportunities through all onsite and offsite tools, feeding into digital product and technology teams to shape roadmap design.

Requirements

* Operational skills relevant for this job: Adobe Omniture SiteCatalyst, CMS experience, Workflow process tools (Jira/Miro)
* Experience relevant for this job: Wide range of customer influencing, Interpreting information from multiple sources, Driving recommendations based on data, High attention to detail, Passion for online/marketplace, Experience in a customer-facing role, Online trading
