Behaviour Transformation Specialist

We are seeking a Behaviour Mentor to support and guide children with SEND needs at our Harlow, Essex location.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for strong behaviour management, be adaptable, and forward-thinking, able to handle day-to-day changes effectively.
A degree in criminology, psychology, sociology, or a healthcare background can be beneficial for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
