About the Role:

Remedy Education is seeking a Behaviour Support Specialist to work in an academic setting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing support to students to improve their behaviour and academic performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualised support to students to improve their behaviour and academic performance
  • Work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement behaviour management strategies
  • Support students in developing self-regulation skills and strategies to manage their emotions and behaviour
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive school culture

Requirements:

  • Experience of working with students with challenging behaviour
  • Strong understanding of behaviour management strategies and techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
