Highly Specialist Dysphagia Speech and Language Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled Dysphagia Speech and Language Therapist to join our Community Children's Therapy Team in West Essex, covering Uttlesford, Harlow, and Epping Forest.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead our service provision in West Essex at universal, targeted, and specialist levels, managing and developing the dysphagia service through leading on relevant projects and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Provide highly specialist assessment and management of infants, children, and young people aged 0-19 with dysphagia across community settings and in local specialist educational provisions.
- Lead on relevant projects and initiatives to develop and improve the dysphagia service.
- Manage and develop the dysphagia service, working closely with the wider Essex Child and Family Wellbeing Service, including the Community Nursing Team, the Healthy Family Team, Paediatric Community Dietitian Service, Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy Services, and Community Paediatricians.
- Provide clinical supervision and line management to less experienced members of the team.
