Job Title: Associate Dean of Medical Education

About the Role:

The University of Exeter Medical School is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Associate Dean of Medical Education to join our team. As a key member of the Faculty of Health and Life Sciences, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of medical education and contributing to the University's mission to deliver world-class education and research.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of medical education strategies and policies
  • Provide academic leadership and support to faculty members and students
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance the student experience and academic outcomes
  • Contribute to the development of curriculum and assessment frameworks
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of medical education programs

Requirements:

  • PhD or equivalent in a relevant field
  • Proven experience in medical education leadership and academic management
