Job Title: Associate Dean of Medical Education

About the Role:

This is a full-time, permanent position available in the University of Exeter Medical School, Faculty of Health and Life Sciences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of medical education strategies and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with academic and clinical staff to enhance the quality and effectiveness of medical education programs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders to promote the University of Exeter Medical School's reputation and interests.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of faculty development programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of academic staff.

  • Exceptional education leadership capability and experience.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with academic and clinical staff to achieve shared goals.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders.
