University of Exeter Medical School

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity available in the University of Exeter Medical School, Faculty of Health and Life Sciences.

We are seeking an exceptional education leader with experience in medical education to join our team.

The successful candidate will have the ability to lead and manage academic programs, develop and implement education strategies, and work collaboratively with faculty members and staff.

For clinical academics, upon appointment, clinical and academic sessions would be agreed between the University, relevant Trust and applicant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage academic programs in medical education
  • Develop and implement education strategies to enhance student learning and outcomes
  • Collaborate with faculty members and staff to achieve academic goals
  • Work with relevant Trusts to agree clinical and academic sessions for clinical academics

Requirements:

  • Exceptional education leadership capability and experience
  • Ability to lead and manage academic programs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with faculty members and staff
