Job Title: Associate Dean of Medical Education
About the Role:
This is a full-time, permanent position available in the University of Exeter Medical School, Faculty of Health and Life Sciences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of medical education strategies and initiatives.
- Collaborate with academic and clinical staff to enhance the quality and effectiveness of medical education programs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders to promote the University of Exeter Medical School's reputation and interests.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of faculty development programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of academic staff.
Requirements:
- Exceptional education leadership capability and experience.
- Ability to work collaboratively with academic and clinical staff to achieve shared goals.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders.
