Job Description
  • Job Summary: To provide spiritual support and guidance to vulnerable individuals and groups, promoting their well-being and quality of life.
  • Main Responsibilities:
    • Develop and maintain relationships with local faith communities and organizations.
    • Provide emotional support and pastoral care to individuals and families.
    • Collaborate with Serco teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Qualifications: Relevant qualifications or training in chaplaincy, social work, or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work with diverse groups, and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Experience: Experience working in a similar role or in a related field, preferably with Serco or a similar organization.
