Job Summary: We are seeking a Study Support Tutor to join our team at Loughborough College.

About the Role: As a Study Support Tutor, you will work closely with students to provide support and coaching in Maths and/or English, enabling them to achieve success. You will work with a caseload of students, providing individualised support and guidance to help them catch up on lost learning and successfully complete their course.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-to-one support and coaching to students in Maths and/or English
  • Work with students to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to address these
  • Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure students receive comprehensive support
  • Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback
