Role Summary:
This is an exciting opportunity to join INCLUSIVE EDUCATORS LTD as a School Sport Development Officer. In this role, you will support clubs and sessions, deliver them independently, and grow and mould coaches into our way of coaching. With future pathways available, you will have the chance to advance your career and make a real difference in the lives of young people.

Key Responsibilities:
Your key responsibilities will include supporting clubs and sessions, developing and mentoring young coaches, and working closely with the head of operations. You will need to travel to Leicester city centre and Loughborough regularly to attend meetings and workshops.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, attention to detail, organisational skills, problem-solving skills, presentation skills, team working skills, patience, and physical fitness. A degree in a related field or equivalent experience is also required.
