At Motion, we are seeking an experienced HR professional to support the implementation of Human Resource strategies that align with our Group Business Strategy. As a key member of our team, you will drive service improvements regarding managing and maintaining HR data, creating intelligent business analytics, and providing high-quality management information services.

This role requires a strong analytical mind, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. You will be responsible for all HR reporting requirements, including employee data, headcount reporting, HR KPIs & dashboards, annual and ad hoc pay, bonus, and benefit reporting, benchmarking analytics, diversity reporting, organisational structures, gender pay gap, etc.

To succeed in this role, you will have extensive experience in developing MI reports, working with complex data structures across various systems, and confidence working with large data sets as a highly competent advanced MS Excel user. Experience with Power Query would be advantageous. You will also be proficient in Workday and QlikSense software and possess analytical, problem-solving, design, and implementation skills.

We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ownership for all HR reporting requirements
  • Providing specialist HR data reporting/analysis and project support
  • Managing the data requirements associated with annual or ad hoc processes
  • Developing and maintaining a bank of self-service reports available to the HR team and wider business
  • Acting as key user of all HR information systems
