Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic graduate to work as a SEN Teaching Assistant at our specialist school in Maidenhead. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to support children with complex needs, including mental health issues, in a dynamic and rewarding environment.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children, staff, and families. Experience working with children with special educational needs is desirable, but not essential. We are committed to providing ongoing training and support to ensure that our team members feel confident and empowered to make a positive impact on the lives of our students.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work alongside trained therapists, counsellors, and psychologists, gaining valuable experience and insights into the complexities of mental health support.
