Job DescriptionAs a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting a student with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a primary school setting. Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing tailored support plans, collaborating with the class teacher, and maintaining accurate records of the student's progress.
Required Skills and Experience- Proven experience of supporting students with SEN.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively in a team environment.
- Committed to ongoing professional development.
This is a permanent, full-time position offering a competitive salary range of £18,000 - £22,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
