Accor Hotels Front Office Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Manager to join our team at Accor Hotels. As a key member of our Front Office team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless service delivery.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, with experience in managing teams and providing guidance on best practices. You will be a natural communicator, able to effectively engage with guests, colleagues, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and build relationships.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing excellent customer service to guests, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintaining accurate records and reports, including shift logs and guest feedback.
- Liaising with Housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes to enhance the guest experience.
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
