Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic direction and academic leadership for the MBBS programme, ensuring alignment with quality assurance frameworks and established governance structures.
  • Cultivate a collaborative and supportive learning environment that promotes student success and professional development.
  • Collaborate effectively with faculty, staff, and stakeholders to enhance the curriculum and deliver an exceptional educational experience.
  • Stay abreast of advancements in medical education and best practices to continuously improve programme quality.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A degree in Medicine and relevant postgraduate professional qualifications.
  • Demonstrated experience in educational leadership within undergraduate medical education.
  • In-depth knowledge of the MBBS curriculum and GMC Outcomes for Graduates.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
