Student Liaison Specialist

Are you a motivated and organised individual with a passion for supporting young people? Do you have experience of working with vulnerable populations and a good understanding of the challenges they face?
If so, we would like to hear from you As a Student Liaison Specialist at New College Swindon, you will work closely with students on-site and off-site, providing support and guidance to help them develop resilience and social skills.
The ideal candidate will be able to establish strong relationships with students and their families, working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure that all students receive the support they need to succeed. This may involve providing one-to-one support, leading workshops or groups, and referring students to external agencies as necessary.
The salary for this role is £26,000 - £31,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including generous holiday entitlement, an excellent pension scheme, free car parking, and access to on-site facilities such as a gym and staff development programmes.
