The position of Emergency Response Officer with Medvivo presents an exciting opportunity to join a team delivering Integrated Urgent Care services across the South West locality.

As part of this role, you will undertake driving and reception duties to support the efficient operation of our services. This involves transporting clinicians to patient homes in a safe and legal manner, adhering to current driving regulations. You will also perform basic vehicle checks at the beginning and end of shifts, ensuring they are roadworthy, fuelled, and fully equipped.

A key aspect of this role is accurate recording of all medications and consumables used while on shift. You will communicate effectively with patients both in person and via telephone for comfort and welfare checks. In addition, you will support clinicians during your shift, utilizing computer systems to maintain stock levels of medication and consumables, and replenishing car stock at the end of each shift.

We offer a competitive salary of £24.95 per hour, with enhancements up to £16.13 per hour for evening and weekend shifts.
