Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Atlantic Technology Services. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations, managing office supplies, organizing files, greeting visitors, handling incoming calls, and managing mail distribution.

You will also be responsible for data entry, maintaining accurate records and databases, and assisting with invoicing, collections, and payables. Additionally, you will assist in planning and coordinating company events, meetings, and other special activities.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is highly required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Keen understanding of basic accounting/bookkeeping principles and an understanding of workflow processes are required.
