Role Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our Client's Head office in Salisbury. In this role, you will work closely with the Head of HR to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Tasks
  • Process payroll by accurately reviewing timesheets and updating employee records.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
  • Support the Head of HR in managing recruitment and selection activities efficiently.
  • Arrange training sessions for employees on various topics, including Health, Safety, and Environment.
  • Keep the Training Matrix up to date and accurate.
Skills and Qualifications

You will need prior administrative experience, preferably in a team-based environment, and excellent communication skills.

Salary Information

The starting hourly rate for this position is £12.
