About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Clinical Support Assistant to join our team at Bodenham. As a valued member of our team, you'll deliver the highest quality clinical outcomes in a supported environment.

The Job

This is a challenging yet rewarding role, requiring strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure. You'll need to be flexible and able to adapt to changing circumstances.

As a Clinical Support Assistant, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing support to our clinical teams to ensure the highest quality patient care
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve our goals and objectives
  • Contributing to the development of our policies and procedures

What You'll Bring

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced clinical environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and develop
