As a seasoned Scottish Kitchen Lead, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our customers. Your expertise in menu creation, food preparation, and presentation will set us apart from the competition.

You will be responsible for leading a high-performing kitchen team, ensuring seamless service delivery, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment. Your ability to manage food costs, inventory, and supplies will also be crucial in driving business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement innovative menu concepts that cater to diverse tastes and dietary requirements.
  • Train and mentor junior chefs to enhance their skills and confidence.
  • Collaborate with the restaurant manager to ensure smooth service delivery and excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of food costs, inventory, and supplies to inform purchasing decisions.

Salary and Benefits:

  • A highly competitive salary of £56,000+ per annum, inclusive of basic pay, tronc, and bonus.
