**Job Title:** Senior Healthcare Executive
**Location:** Scotland, Hospital Setting
The Practicus Group is seeking a highly experienced Senior Healthcare Executive to join our team as a Clinical Services Director. This role offers the opportunity to lead and drive the delivery of excellent clinical standards of care within all clinical areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical direction and strong leadership to all clinical staff.
- Lead the delivery of safe, effective, caring and responsive patient care in a high-quality clinical environment.
- Ensure the hospital's financial and operational performance is maximised while maintaining patient safety and well-being.
Requirements:
- NMC registration qualification.
- Experience in management and governance in a hospital setting.
- Strong 'can do' attitude and ability to lead by example.
