About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Healthcare Leadership Position to join our team. As a Clinical Service Director, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of healthcare professionals, developing and implementing clinical policies and procedures, and ensuring high-quality patient care.
You will work closely with other stakeholders, including senior management, medical staff, and administrative teams, to develop and implement new services and programs. Your strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals make you an ideal candidate for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement new services and programs.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Degree in a relevant healthcare field (e.g., medicine, nursing, public health).
- Significant experience in a leadership or management role in healthcare.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals and stakeholders.
Estimated Salary: £68,000 per annum
