We are seeking an experienced Senior Programme Manager - Programme Director to oversee a number of concurrent change projects in the Financial Services sector. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Retail Financial Services and a proven track record of successful delivery.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and monitor project activities from initiation to closure for varied project deliverables.
- Work with senior stakeholders and third parties to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Manage the project adoption into Business As Usual (BAU), capturing benefit realisations and lessons learned.
- Control budgets and project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and best practices.
**Requirements:
- At least 10-15 years of project management experience.
- Proficient in project management tools and methodologies, such as JIRA, Agile, Lean, Waterfall, SAFe.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- An influencer with credibility, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and working with senior stakeholders.
- Certification in PPMP, PRINCE2, Agile PM APMG or equivalent.
- Experience in providing project data and supporting senior management teams on decision making.
