Job Title: Digital Programme Manager

At Storyteq, we're seeking a highly skilled Digital Programme Manager to join our Digital Engineering team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for overseeing the delivery of multiple digital programmes and projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement overall programme roadmaps and project plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, including Scrum Masters, Digital Project Managers, and Product Owners, to deliver high-quality digital solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring programme goals are met and exceeded.
  • Implement and manage changes to ensure project goals are achieved, focusing on performance improvement and process optimization.
  • Manage resource utilization and third-party partner agencies to ensure successful programme delivery.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in managing digital programmes and projects, with a strong track record of delivering high-profile, large-scale initiatives.
  • Expertise in Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Prince2, with a deep understanding of project management principles and practices.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and Board-level executives.
  • Ability to lead diverse teams, motivate and support team members, and produce clear, concise reports and papers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex technical environments and identify opportunities for improvement.
