Job Title: Digital Programme Manager

At Storyteq, we're seeking a highly skilled Digital Programme Manager to join our Digital Engineering team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for overseeing the delivery of multiple digital programmes and projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement overall programme roadmaps and project plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including Scrum Masters, Digital Project Managers, and other programme managers, to deliver high-quality digital solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and Product Owners to facilitate effective communication, ensure feedback mechanisms are in place, and drive customer satisfaction.
  • Implement and manage changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved, focusing on performance improvement and process optimisation.
  • Manage resource utilisation and third-party partner agencies to ensure successful delivery of programmes and projects.
Requirements:
  • Expert resource management skills, with the ability to direct and lead, set project objectives, manage priorities and dependencies, mitigate risks, and report status updates to teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience in managing digital/technology programmes and projects, with a strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and Prince2 methodologies.
  • Proven ability to lead diverse multi-disciplinary teams through direct line management and matrix management.
  • Deep working knowledge of agile methods and practices, with excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to produce clear and concise reports and papers with recommendations and proposals, and communicate effectively with external and internal stakeholders.
