About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Programme Manager. As a key member of our programme management team, you will be responsible for the delivery of complex infrastructure programmes, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver programme objectives
  • Develop and implement programme plans, including resource allocation and risk management
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and issue resolution
  • Monitor and report on programme progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in programme management, with a strong track record of delivering complex projects
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple stakeholders and priorities
  • Relevant qualifications, such as a degree in a relevant field or a professional certification in programme management
