Job Title: Senior Programme Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Programme Manager to join our team at 83zero Ltd. As a Senior Programme Manager, you will be responsible for shaping, defining, and delivering projects while managing budgets and contracts. You will also be responsible for building excellent client relationships and enabling delivery-led sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Shaping, defining, and delivering projects while managing budgets and contracts.
  2. Building excellent client relationships and enabling delivery-led sales opportunities.
  3. Leading cross-functional teams of technical engineers, business analysts, product and scrum masters, subject matter experts, and change teams.
  4. Executing projects or programs of work, supporting and developing project team members.
  5. Defining an approach to delivery that best fits your project or program (Agile, Lean, Waterfall, or a hybrid model).
  6. Owning project constraints, including budget, timescale, resource, scope, risk, and quality parameters.
  7. Leading the definition, scoping, and planning for projects in collaboration with key roles in the team.
Requirements:

  1. A passion for and demonstrable experience in managing bespoke software and/or digital development/experience design projects.
  2. A recognized project management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum).
  3. Experience delivering complex projects using an agile framework with distributed teams and multiple stakeholders.
  4. Techniques for estimating, sizing, and tracking projects delivered using an agile framework.
  5. Experience of using various agile frameworks and a passion for agile ways of working.
  6. General knowledge of the Microsoft technology stack (e.g., Azure, Teams, SharePoint, Office 365) is desirable but not essential.
  7. An understanding of Microsoft Product Dynamics, Power Apps, and/or Cloud technologies is desirable.
