Job DescriptionAs a key member of our customer experience team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our cycling community. Your primary focus will be on delivering a seamless experience for customers in Germany and the UK, ensuring their queries are addressed promptly and efficiently via web chat and email.
You will also play a crucial role in guiding members through the claims process, replacing or repairing their bicycles and equipment directly with us or by coordinating with third-party service providers.
In addition, you will be the first point of contact for B2B partners, supporting them to get their riders back on the road quickly and efficiently.
To achieve this, you will work closely with the CX team across all territories to provide a convenient, swift, and seamless experience to our members.
A vital aspect of this role is collating feedback from the collective on an ongoing basis and producing actionable insights to inform decision-making within the CX team and other departments at Native Nanny GmbH.
Finally, you will have the opportunity to contribute to exciting projects with various teams, such as Marketing, Product, or Technology, to help drive business growth and innovation.
Requirements- A strong empathy for cyclists and understanding of the emotional impact of bike-related issues.
- Excellent communication skills in German and English, both written and verbal.
- A passion for learning new things and adapting to changing situations.
- Familiarity with technical terms in cycling, although training will be provided.
- A desire to go above and beyond to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
