Job Title: Senior Director Field Marketing EMEA

Waters Corporation is seeking a highly experienced Senior Director Field Marketing EMEA to lead our field marketing efforts in the Europe, Middle East, and Africa region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive field marketing strategy to drive business growth and customer engagement in EMEA.
  • Lead a team of marketing professionals to deliver high-impact campaigns, events, and content that resonate with our target audience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and communications, to ensure alignment and maximize impact.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform marketing strategies and optimize results.
  • Manage budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure successful project delivery and ROI.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in field marketing, with a strong understanding of the EMEA market and customer needs.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders, customers, and partners.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a global context.
