Marketing Manager

We are Sosandar, a leading online fashion brand for chic and stylish women. Based in Wilmslow, Cheshire, we're one of the UK's fastest growing e-commerce companies.

We're seeking a commercially driven, results-focused Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you'll play a crucial role in driving and delivering our brand and marketing strategy.

You'll be a self-starter with a passion for marketing and a keen eye for detail. With a strong strategic, commercial, and analytical mindset, you'll be able to plan and manage our marketing budget, ensuring all campaigns are delivered on budget, to KPIs, and ROI targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement the customer acquisition and retention marketing strategy with the Brand & Marketing Director.
  • Manage the creation of all retail POS, signage, displays, screens, and promotional material.
  • Ensure acquisition, retention, and commercial targets are met weekly and monthly.
  • Work closely with the Data Insights Manager to analyse performance, calculate ROI, and inform future budget and activity decisions.
  • Manage the customer journey across all touchpoints, including site personalisation, customer preferences, email, SMS, automated campaigns, retargeting, and more.
  • Coordinate all marketing, advertising, and promotional activities, ensuring all team members work cohesively and are aware of overall plans and their roles.
  • Report on performance, analysing and reviewing the effectiveness of campaigns to maximise results.

Requirements:

  • A proven track record of delivering strong acquisition, retention, and commercial targets.
  • Experience working across fashion e-commerce and fast-paced retail.
  • Strong strategic, commercial, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to plan marketing strategies for retail expansion and presence.
  • Experienced with retail traffic, consumer behaviours, and return on ROS & revenue in store.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • An enthusiastic and energetic work ethic.
  • Strong organisation skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
