Child and Family Support Practitioner

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Child and Family Support Practitioner to join our team at North East Lincolnshire Council. As a key member of our social work team, you will play a vital role in supporting children and families to overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working with children and families in a social work setting, with a strong understanding of child protection policies and procedures. They will be able to work effectively with other professionals to develop and implement plans that meet the needs of children and families.
We offer a competitive salary of approximately £32,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including flexible working, excellent training and development opportunities, and access to our in-house wellbeing support.
