Family Support Practitioner

Service Care Solutions is seeking an experienced Family Support Practitioner to work with children and families in Westminster.
Key Details- Estimated salary: £35-55 per hour (dependent on experience)
As a Family Support Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality social work interventions to children and families. You will work closely with schools, healthcare professionals, and other agencies to ensure comprehensive support.

Requirements:
- Hold a degree in Social Work and be registered with Social Work England (SWE).
- Have a minimum of 3 years' post-qualified experience within Children's Services Social Work.
- Proven experience in child protection, court work, and working with CIN.
- Strong understanding of child protection laws, practices, and frameworks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with children and families.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
