Job Description

This is a full-time role requiring close collaboration with colleagues from various departments to deliver holistic support to families across multiple localities. You will work in partnership with parents and caregivers to empower them in making informed decisions about their child's development and overall family situation.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Support families in creating and implementing SMART plans.
  2. Facilitate effective communication among team members and external stakeholders.
  3. Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed to optimize outcomes.
Requirements
  • Degree in Social Work or relevant field.
  • Prior experience working with vulnerable populations.
  • Capacity to build trust and rapport with diverse client groups.
