As a key member of the Revenues team, you will oversee Council Tax and Business Rates billing, recovery, and enforcement processes, providing expert guidance to the wider team. Key Responsibilities:
- Expertly support Council Tax and Business Rates billing, recovery, and enforcement.
- Maximise income by effectively managing visits and identifying growth opportunities.
- Resolving complaints to ensure high-level customer satisfaction.
- Guaranteeing timely and accurate delivery of the annual billing process.
- Completing statutory returns to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Contributing to project management efforts related to Revenues services, including system updates and process improvements.
- Utilising Academy and Enterprise ICT systems for efficient processing and data management.
- Ensuring post-liability order enforcement adheres to legal procedures and regulations.
- Staying current with Revenues field technological advancements and contributing to implementing new tools and solutions.
Compensation Package:
