Job Summary

This role offers an exciting opportunity to join our Children and Family Services Business Support Team as a Senior Business Support Coordinator. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to colleagues across various service areas, handling urgent work and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

About the Role

As a Senior Business Support Coordinator, you will be part of a friendly and motivated team dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing back-up support to colleagues across multiple service areas
  • Assisting in handling urgent work on a daily basis
  • Maintaining accurate records and data
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Recognised academic qualifications or equivalent experience in business administration
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including spreadsheets and data analysis
  • Excellent organisational, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Strong customer care skills and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to prioritise tasks, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
