About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Worker to join our team at CrossReach. As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting the needs of our service users, managing care plans, and providing personal and intimate care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to emergencies and handle communications in a professional and compassionate manner.
  • Participate in meetings and contribute to the development of care plans that meet the unique needs of our service users.
  • Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting, while maintaining the dignity and respect of our service users.
  • Liaise with health professionals to ensure that our service users receive the best possible care and support.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and clean living environment, including the management of personal belongings.
Requirements
  • SVQ 3 in Social Care or willingness to achieve this qualification.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work on a rota basis, including weekends and evenings.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional care and support to our service users.
