Senior Physiotherapy Team Manager in Cardiology

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Physiotherapist to join our Cardiology team as a Senior Physiotherapy Team Manager.
As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of high-quality physiotherapy services to patients across the Cardiology Pathway.
Main Responsibilities- Plan, coordinate, and deliver the physiotherapy service provided to patients across the Cardiology Pathway.
- Evaluate patient services across specialties and assist in the development, planning, and progression of service provision.
- Take a major role in the advanced assessment and treatment of patients within the specialty, determining clinical diagnosis and physiotherapy treatment indicated.
- Lead the integrated therapy team, managing both Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy Staff.
- Provide highly specialist advice and training to Physiotherapists, students, and other healthcare professionals in their specialty.
- Degree or Diploma in Physiotherapy.
- Health Professions Council registered.
- Significant experience of working as part of a Physiotherapy team & multidisciplinary team at a senior level.
- In-depth clinical knowledge in chosen field underpinned by theory and practical experience.
- Clinical supervision of junior staff.

Salary and BenefitsThe estimated salary for this role is £45,753 - £53,618 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a range of benefits, including access to a pension scheme, annual leave entitlement, and opportunities for professional development.
Location and Working ArrangementsThis role is based at our hospital site in Bristol. You will be required to work shifts, including weekends, and participate in the bank holiday rota.
