Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced surveyor to join our Estate Management Team in Inverness, Scotland. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for supporting the management of diverse rural property portfolios on behalf of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the management of rural property portfolios, including agricultural, residential, and commercial properties, as well as natural capital, renewable energy, and sporting rights.
  • Prepare and monitor cash flow and P&L budgets for clients.
  • Manage time effectively, prioritizing tasks to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Chartered RICS member.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Full driving license and own car.
