Rural Property Expertise at Bidwells

Bidwells' Highland team is seeking an experienced Rural professional to join their growing team. As a key member of our team, you will provide expert advice on rural and residential property, planning, and development opportunities, as well as valuation and rural property sales.

About the Role

We are looking for candidates with property experience in the rural sector, whether it's in Rural Surveying, Valuation, Residential Sales, Property Management, or Estate Management. Even if your background is in commercial real estate, we welcome your application, provided you have a passion for rural and agricultural matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice on rural and residential property, planning, and development opportunities
  • Conduct RICS Red Book valuations of rural property, including farms and estates for all purposes
  • Manage a portfolio of professional instructions, including compulsory purchase/utility claims, landlord and tenant matters, and general practice work
  • Work on instructions within the Rural Development and Diversification sector
