About the Role

Bidwells' Highland team is seeking an experienced rural professional to join their growing team. The Inverness and Fort William-based EM&P team provides expert advice on rural and residential property, planning and development opportunities, as well as valuation and rural property sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice on rural and residential property, planning and development opportunities, and valuation and rural property sales.
  • Manage a portfolio of professional instructions, including compulsory purchase/utility claims, landlord and tenant matters, and general practice work.
  • Work on a diverse range of impressive projects for prestigious landowners across the UK.
  • Conduct RICS Red Book valuations of rural property, including farms and estates for secured lending and taxation purposes.

  • Passionate about rural and agricultural matters.
  • Excellent financial and commercial acumen.
  • Ability to work on a diverse range of projects and manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
